    If you have a flat 2nd floor walk-out roof, or a deck that has been painted and has been a constant maintenance issue, then you may want to consider a different approach. You can get a tough, waterproof vinyl membrane product installed that's maintenace free (besides occassional cleaning). The vinyl will last 15 years or longer under normal conditions and usage. Contact us if this is something that you would be interested in.
