    With the freezing cold temperatures we're going to experience this upcoming week, taking a bath can help you relax, warm up, sleep better and help reduce cold-like symptoms. Here are some other reasons to take bath:

    Soaking in warm water with essential oils can do wonders for your body and your mind. Using sage oil can sharpen your memory, calm your mind and act as a natural mood-booster.
