For the longest time, I kept hearing how great of a workout yoga could be. I used to do a lot of lifting and some cardio, and one day went to the yoga class at 1-2-1 Fitness Center. This was probably the hardest workout I ever did. I was stretching, sweating, and dying for some water and a comfy bed at the end of the class, but at the end of the day, my body and mind felt so relaxed and tired (the good kind). 1. Pick a Yoga Type
