Be sure to make an appearance in East Cleveland for the Centennial Memorial Day Parade and Celebration on Monday, May 31st. The parade steps off about 11:30 AM from the Louis Stokes Station at Windermere and proceeds down Euclid Avenue to the Helen S. Brown Senior Center. Nearly 500 walkers and 250 vehicles will be in the parade including the Shaw High School Championship Marching Band. A block party with refreshments will conclude the parade. A commemorative ceremony will be held before the parade at 10:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (New Life Cathedral) at 16200 Euclid Avenue.
