I have heard nothing but rave reviews for My Week With Marilyn. Played by Oscar-Nominee actress Michelle Williams, this film centers around an affair between Monroe, and a film production assistant Colin Clark. Here is a brief synopsis of the film, along with some reviews and a trailer:
In 1956 England, Colin Clark (Eddie Redmayne) lands a job as a production assistant on the set of "The Prince and the Showgirl," starring Marilyn Monroe (Michelle Williams). Marilyn is also honeymooning with her new husband, playwright Arthur Miller, but the combined pressure of work and the demands of the Hollywood hangers-on is driving her to exhaustion. When Miller departs for Paris, Colin seizes the opportunity, to give Marilyn respite during a week in the idyllic British countryside. - Fandango

What an extraordinary thrill to leave a movie exhilarated instead of drained, sated instead of empty, rejuvenated instead of depressed. It's a magical experience

Michelle Williams doesn't just survive. Called upon to glow, she glows. Her performance doesn't solve all the riddles of that personality; none could, and it's for the best that Williams doesn't try.Chicago Sun-Times | Roger Ebert The movie seems to be a fairly accurate re-creation of the making of a film at Pinewood Studios at that time. It hardly matters. What happens during the famous week hardly matters. What matters is the performance by Michelle Williams

After the film, head across the street to Lopez. This Mexican restaurant on Lee Road is one of my favorites in Cleveland. The food and drinks are truly delicious. Read the reviews for yourself. Here is a link to their website.
The food was outstanding, and Juliana was an outstanding hostess. The whole experience was very memorable. We will be back! -Chuck
Amazing margaritas you can customize with any tequila (and they are stacked). Everything I have tried is so tasty... Good Mexican food with new and creative flavors. The guacamole with bacon and blue cheese is to die for! -Caroline
