Cooking Rosh Hashanah with Mr. Brisket

If you're still looking for the best meat in Cleveland, look no further, just stop by Mr. Brisket, located at the corner of S.Taylor and Cedar. Here is an update of what is happening in Mr. Brisket, with some great new recipes for Rosh Hashanah.

It's no secret as to who the hardest working employees are at Mister Brisket when a holiday approaches.  It's those two underpaid and overworked stalwarts...the oven and the slicer. In the meantime, Rosh Hashanah begins on the evening of next Wednesday, September 28. Here's what you should know.

1) We will be open every day between now and next Wednesday for pickups and brisket slicing.  Here are the hours:
Saturday, 9/24  9-3pm
Sunday, 9/25  9-1pm
Monday, 9/26  9-5pm
Tuesday, 9/27 9-5pm
Wednesday, 9/28  9-4 pm
We will be closed on Thursday, 9/29 and reopen on Friday, 9/30, at 9am.

2) We still have plenty of Holiday items available such as briskets (cooked or raw) and chickens (whole or breasts).
