Cleveland Heights is celebrating 90 years! Take a look at some of these truly historical pictures and fun facts of our great neighborhood courtesy of our friends at The Cleveland Heights Patch:
Cleveland Heights officially became a city in 1921. Cleveland Heights Patch is observing that 90th anniversary by compiling 90 photos to create an album of the city's past and present. We'll run the feature for 90 days, one photo at a time.
Today's photo features the old City Hall Building at 2953 Mayfield Road, which was constructed in 1923. It was demolished in 1986, when it was replaced by the current structure on Severance Circle.
The front of the old City Hall is the threshold of Motorcars Honda, which stands on the site of the building.
