If you don't have plans tonight, be sure to stop by Coventry for their Christmas Concert. The Cleveland Heights Patch discusses further:
Gateway Heights is hosting a benefit concert from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. today at the former Centrum Theater in Coventry to support the Ronald McDonald House.
The church and organization suggest that people who go to the show, called Christmas in Coventry, donate $5, non-perishable food items or household cleaning supplies. The goal is to raise $5,000, which buys a room at the Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland for a year. All proceeds benefit the organization.
“We are very happy that Gateway Heights has chosen to partner with the Ronald McDonald House through the benefit concert. This concert will help many families who call the Ronald McDonald House home, especially during the holiday season,” said Shelley Roth, events and public relations manager for Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland, in a press release.
Nearly 10 groups will perform tonight:
Eridanus String Quartet
Alan Brooks
Coventry Dance Company
VERB Ballets
Dynamo
Matt & Jess Sikon
True Story
Black & Broke
Glenville Youth Choi
