"The house absolutely glows with a new-found beauty. Tom is a genius in his ability to coordinate the work done to my home. In between many raindrops, he managed to get the painting done in a few days and have Mike, the roofer, and his crew tear off and replace the shingles and wood in two days time. And even though I'm on the west side, Tom was able to catch me before I left for work around 8:00 a.m. Your company has really boosted the resale value of my house. I plan to engage you again for interior work in the coming years. Thank you for a job well done!"

  • Great Father’s Day Gift Ideas

    [caption id="attachment_1007" align="alignleft" width="334" caption="Happy Fathers Day"]Beach[/caption]

Father's Day is approaching...have you found a gift yet? It's always hard to find a gift for Father's Day. You want something they're not only going to like...but they're going to use. I came up with a couple of great ideas for gifts for the father or husband in your life. Check them out:

    1) Golf Lesson with a Pro. What Dad doesn't like golf? Give him a gift he will not only enjoy, but that he can benefit from! Shaker Country Club offers amazing private lessons with the pros. If not there, searching in your local area for a private lesson is very simple. Learning from a golf pro, having someone watch and analyze your swing is the best way to improve your game...sounds like a great gift to me!

    2) Day at the Spa. Now I'm not talking about some feminine, tranquil place that your wife goes to, but a place where a man can be a man. Get a great straight razor shave, clean up those nose hairs, haircut, coloring, grooming or massage. Alex Quintana, founder of Quintana's Barber Shop, offers a wide range of services for men in the Cleveland Heights neighborhood. I've been going there since I was young, and it just reminds me of that old school barber shop that your Dad would take you too.

    3) De-Cluttering that Garage. What guy has more things in one place then the garage? Tired of tools everywhere, the lawn mower taking up to much space, want to fit those golf clubs somewhere safe and easy to access? Reilly Painting offers a great de-cluttering service that will get any room organized, and prepare him for those great days of being outside, cutting the grass or washing the cars.

    4) Viking Grill. Now I'm not talking about a grill with three legs that you just bought from Target. I'm talking about a Viking Grill, made of stainless steel and is prepared to grill through all the seasons (even those cold Cleveland Winters). No charcoal necessary, easy to clean, and can grill anything imaginable. Perfect for the summer season ahead!

Now these are just some of the ideas I have, and every Dad or Husband is different. If you need a little inspiration, try going to Red Envelope, a great site with tons of gift ideas for every occasion.

Great post! I myself think that finding the right gift can sometimes be difficult. What I think is that people tend to like unique gifts that are hard to find and not sold in stores. People like the gifts more this way since they cannot be replaced. I have been buying a few items from http://www.thinkfuntoys.com and giving it away to friends and family. They all love it. There are a few quite interesting tech items there. The stuff there are pretty cheap and unique and they deliver fast.
