Want a safe, fun area to take the kids to? Are your grandchildren coming in town and you want to take them to a great playground? Then check out Turtle Park, located at the corner of Euclid Heights Blvd and Hampshire Road in Cleveland Heights. Check out this article from the Cleveland Heights Patch by Susan Valerian for more information, and be sure to check out this great park!

When we pulled up to Turtle Park the other day, my daughter’s eyes lit up as she pointed to the swings and exclaimed:  “That’s fun! We can do that one!”

Like lots of public places — the library, the pool, the neighborhood restaurant — the park is our community within a community. It’s a place where kids can play and moms can bond.

My friend, Julia, first told me about Turtle Park last summer when I was looking for a safe place to take my daughter, then a year-and-a-half-old, to play.
