"We're really pleased with the excellent work done by your crew. They were fast, efficient and easy to work with. Our garage is not flooding for the first time in six years thanks to the new down spout and paintwork."

  • The Best Movies To Watch This Thanksgiving

    [caption id="attachment_4609" align="alignleft" width="188" caption="Plains, Trains and Automobiles"]Movies[/caption]

Thanksgiving is a great time to spend time with your family, eat some great food and relax on the couch. Thanksgiving is also a great time to watch movies. All the major television shows bring out the good films, and here is Forbe's list of Best Thanksgiving Movies:

I know, it’s not a holiday you usually think of for movies. But yes, there are indeed plenty of Thanksgiving-themed films, and many of them are really great.

You’ve no doubt already got A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving filled in on your calendar for Thanksgiving viewing after a day of parades and football, but save some time to watch a good holiday film or two.

So take notes, because here is my list of the Top Five Best Thanksgiving Movies for your viewing pleasure…

Grumpy Old Men — The chemistry, comedy, and heart of this movie earn it the number 5 spot on the list, good for the whole family to enjoy.

The Ice Storm — A darker option, about dysfunctional families and infidelity during the holiday season, this excellent film takes the number 4 spot on the list.

Hannah and Her Sisters — Coming in at number 3 is this Woody Allen film that’s actually set mostly in the time between two Thanksgivings. It remains one of Allen’s best films.

Home for the Holidays — The penultimate Thanksgiving film, it’s a great heartfelt family comedy and drama with wonderful performances that comes in at number 2 on the list only because the number 1 film is just about perfect…

Planes, Trains, and Automobiles — The reigning champ of Thanksgiving movies, and with good reason. Constantly hilarious, featuring great performances by the two leads whose balance of chemistry and antagonism fills makes every scene great, it turns out to also have a great deal more emotional depth than you expect.
